| dc.description | Resumen:El presente examen de Auditoría Integral al componente de Talento Humano de la empresa COASERLOS CÍA. LTDA., correspondiente al período 2013, permitió hacer un análisis a los subcomponentes de selección, capacitación, contratación y la nómina con el objetivo de detectar falencias, dar recomendaciones con tiempo pertinente para implementaciones y correcciones. El conocimiento del componente consintió una mejora continua en el servicio, calidad, rendimiento efectivo y competitividad, factores que se han vuelto obligatorios como una herramienta de trabajo para controlar los procesos administrativos, financieros, de cumplimiento de leyes y de control interno. Los hallazgos son la base del informe de un examen de auditoría integral al componente de talento humano y de los cuales se llegó a conclusiones y recomendaciones que fueron aceptadas por la compañía. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | Abstract: This Full Auditing exam corresponding to the Human Talent component of COASERLOS CÍA. LTDA. for the year 2013, allowed for an analysis of subcomponents of selection, training, contracting and payroll with the objective of finding errors and giving recommendations in due time. The recognition of the component allowed for an improvement in service, quality, effective performance and competitiveness, both factors that have become fundamental as a work tool to control administrative and processes and to comply with legal requirements as well as internal control. The findings are the base of a report on an Exam of Full Auditing of the Human Talent component and the conclusions that followed from it were favorably accepted an taken by the company. | es_ES |
