Abstract

Abstract: An Urban Development Regulatory Plan allows us to guide, control, regulate and foresee in time the various problems that arise, all of them being a product of disorganized urban processes; The plan responds to the actions of both citizens and politicians and what is needed for its correct implementation is: the decision of its actors, being willing to change the way the city is built, possessing the necessary resources and remaining firm in its execution. To enable the achievement of specific objectives, comprehensive development and good living, planning must occur through the interrelationships and interactions resulting from the systemic components that act in the territory. The Urban Development Regulatory Plan for the Parish Headquarters of Chicaña will organize the city ecologically and functionally, it will include short, medium and long-term actions that will help achieve the proposed Parish Headquarters, thus regulating the different interrelationships of the analyzed systems, promoting and facilitating the urban processes inherent in the urban structure and of course avoiding non-compatible uses that alter or delay the achievement of this Plan.
