Analizar la competencia del Gobierno Municipal sobre el tránsito vehicular en el sector urbano de la ciudad de Guayaquil

Abstract

the theme selected for this thesis is to analyze the competence of the Municipal Government on traffic safety and driver education in the urban sector of the city of Guayaquil. Traffic management is the responsibility of the Municipal Government under the Constitution of 2008 item No. 6 literal 264 established "Plan, regulate and control traffic and public transport within its cantonal territory". The objective of this study is to research and analyze strategies and procedures to achieve solutions that improve urban traffic and driver education in the city. Know what is the current situation of the city, provide valid and reliable information on urban transit in the sectors of greatest problem of the city. To carry out this analysis, we proceeded to review several studies in other cities in Latin America as Curitiba, in Brazil, Santiago OF Chile, Cali in Colombia comparing the trafican driver safety in Guayaquil an others cities in Ecuador.
