Abstract

The present work exposes as a central theme the rehabilitation of urban architectural with buildings of patrimonial interest in rural parishes, specifically in the parish Garzareal of the Zapotillo canton. The study of the development of research: theoretical framework as the Foundation of the research; the analysis of the site with General aspects; lifting and weighting of information through thematic and architectural drawings of current state; and proposed rehabilitation with the improvement action plans to present the result of the architectonic and chromatic proposal of the architectural ensembles. Therefore, the purpose of this work is to know the reality of the buildings deprived of Garzareal parish, whose information collected will allow to reach citizenship to boost the evaluation, protection and conservation of the cultural heritage of the place.
