Abstract

Abstract:The BTC Community Association is an organization that arises for the integral development of communities of Malvas, Totumos, Chaquiro and Paletillas of Malvas ; that within Its principal activities include the harvesting and processing of the fruit of "palo santo" for obtaining derivatives that will later be marketed, this association through technical intervention of some entities within which highlight the UTPL, NCI, MIES and ADE; currently these organizations have become important strategic alliances for the development of the association within a legal and fully sustainable level. The "palo santo" business model, is the representation of the dynamics inherent to the macro and micro components that affect the process of generating value of BTC association to therethrough improve the range of processes that have the ultimate goal of marketing especially to a level of export.
