Abstract:The materials of construction represent a bigger environmental impact, according to Edwards and Hyett (2004). Although the debates have been extended on the sustainability in the use of natural resources, little is done to stop the big energetic expenses that need the construction. The objective of the present investigation departs from the experimentation and definition of a new constructive system in contrast with the current constructive conventions, more efficient as for the use of resources, which allows the autoconstruction and orientated principally to social economic housing. It splits of the budgetary analysis of the social housing in Loja, determining the most expensive items of the currently used systems, to make possible a proposal in technical and economic coherent aspects with the reality. Also, identifies the points of collection of rubbles in the city, for the obtaining waste material. These parameters allows generate a constructive viable alternative originated from the refe-rents analyzed, based on the experimentation and subject to the respective laboratory test, according to the NEC, proving the feasibility of the constructive system proposed.
