Evolución y prospectiva del periodismo digital y su relación con la empresa periodística de la provincia de Morona Santiago

Abstract

Abstract:This research aims to make a comprehensive and thorough analysis of the evolution and prospects of digital journalism and its relationship with the newspaper company in the province of Morona Santiago. For it is based on a qualitative and quantitative approach; fieldwork and documentary literature review; from an exploratory, descriptive and explanatory mode; and from methods such as inductive-deductive, analytic-synthetic, and especially the historical and logical. In the research the following techniques were applied: the survey of the population of 50 journalists from different media of Morona Santiago; Interview 3 directors of the media, which was a comprehensive program to evaluate its characteristics, advantages, limitations and suits the purpose of interactivity, hypertext and multimedia looking digital or traditional media, native analysis. It concludes with a series of recommendations to strengthen administrative and academic journalism by the digital media, considering the main way the new demands generated by the information society for both the journalist and the media order.
