Abstract

Abstract:The present work of intervention" Financial evaluation of the health care "palanda" of the district 19d03 chinchipe-palanda-health, zone 7-2014 ", it was drawn with the final purpose of contributing to the optimal resourceful use, through the financial evaluation, which was fulfilled by analyzing costs, economic evaluation of the health benefits and the formulation of improvement strategies. Fulfilling the objectives the Logical Framework Methodology was used, for the calculation of costs the program WinSIG was used. The economic evaluation of the health benefits was made based on the National Health Service Rate of the year 2014. Finally, a proposal of improvement was designed, aiming to provide with truthful sources of information that allow monitoring and a permanent evaluation of clinical and administrative management. It was obtained as results the determination of costs, the health care benefits were financially evaluated in 95%, approximately, and these results will support to take decisions aimed to the institutional growth, quality improvement and administrative management.
