dc.description	Generalmente, antes de redondeles y dentro de ellos, la velocidad de operación suele ser mayor a la velocidad de diseño. La velocidad de operación es calculada con ecuaciones que incluyen variables como: las características del conductor, vehículos, calles y el entorno. Sin embargo, en nuestro país no se conoce de este tipo de ecuaciones. En ese escenario, esta tesis tuvo por objetivo desarrollar modelos de velocidad en calles urbanas antes de llegar a redondeles, recolectando velocidades de 7 redondeles ubicados en la zona urbana de la ciudad de Loja. Se seleccionó un circuito de medición, el cual fue recorrido por 45 conductores con el equipo Garmin Dash Cam 20. Se realizó el procesamiento de esos datos, se analizaron patrones de comportamiento y se realizó la calibración y validación de los modelos. Se obtuvieron modelos de velocidad, aceleración y desaceleración, los cuales servirá para estimar la velocidad de operación en calles urbanas durante el diseño de calles.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Generally, before roundels and within them, the operation speed is greater than the design speed. The operating speed is calculated with equations involving variables such as: the characteristics of the driver, vehicles, streets and environment. However, in our country it is not known of such equations. In that scenario, this thesis he had as objective to develop models of speed on urbans streets before reaching roundels, collecting the speed of 7 roundels located in the urban area of the city of Loja. A measuring circuit is selected, which was traveled by 45 drivers with the team Garmin Dash Cam 20. It perfomed the processing of these data, behavior patterns were analyzed and was performed the calibration and validation of the models. They were obtained models of speed, acceleration and deceleration , which will serve to estimate the speed of operation on urbans streets during the design of streets.	es_ES
