Abstract:"Confecciones Werner" has been recognized in the region for the experience and quality that the owner has offered to its clients. The great limitation to being able to attend to all of the orders is the lack of qualified labor and the lack of renewal of knowledge that would allow it to compete in the market.The lack of an integral system of job description and control has limited the performance of the employees since there is no system of orientation available to develop each productive activity. This directly affects client satisfaction when the products are delivered late.It is definitely important to establish a system of signals in the form of a scorecard system that indicates the importance of the various levels that should be watched and submitted to control.
