Abstract

The research is entitled "AUDIT OF COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS AND REGULATIONS TO THE AREA OF HUMAN TALENT OF SELF-GOVERNMENT DECENTRALIZED CITY OF CANTON CATAMAYO, PERIOD 01 JANUARY TO 31 DECEMBER 2014" for which had as its main objective, perform an audit of compliance with laws and regulations in the area of ​​Human Resource Self-Government Decentralized Municipal catamayo canton, period January 1 to December 31, 2014, in the development of operations, run the audit process compliance by examining the laws and regulations of a public entity, to analyze the impact of the application or non-application of the audited rules, gather information and once executed submit the final audit report. The audit verifies compliance breaches in the application of laws and regulations, so that the implementation of compliance audits both preventive and corrective measures to timely detect breaches of the rules by entities recommended.
