Abstract

Abstract: Within the Ecuadorian first attention level health care system, historically any deep financial evaluation has been done to show the operative effectiveness of those health units, it means an analysis that relate the economic valuation of the human resources and the materials used to provide the service and their economical impact. This work shows the study and results from the analysis done with the economic valuation and cost statistic data available to the Ingapuirca and Honorato Vásquez of the Cañar province health care centers. To this work we used the Logical Framework Methodology, Winsig software and the 2014 updated National Health Care System, with the purpose of making the financial valuation and cost analysis of the medical services at the named units. We have as result of the study, the 100% of the economic valuation, medical valuation services at the 100%, and the correspondent strategy for management improvement that imply: to implement a solid and secure information system, design and implement better sensing processes, control and supervision of human and physical resources, trying to save country's investment.
