Reinterpretación artística de la Virgen Inmaculada Apocalíptica Alada.

Abstract

The following research project is developed based on the objective of completing the iconographic analysis of the "Immaculate Virgin Apocalyptic "of Bernardo de Legarda, where he identified minutely each element in the image will help to develop a sculptural reinterpretation, as part of this is necessary to make a social reflection, knowing the historical and current context in which image of the Virgin was conceived, and at the same time to make a comparison in relation to other Virgins to verify how the passage of time has marked the image of these in the popular group. As a complement to the development of this reinterpretation will be discussed concepts related to the appropriation of art, ie, notions under which this aesthetic plastic approach is favored, artists who took part in this and the references that influenced the approach to this movement.
