Abstract

Abstract: The information and the lack of tools to meet the costs of the services offered in the operational units of primary care and the lack of both financial and administrative management revealed a problem that was able to determine the development of a financial assessment at the Loma Grande Health Center, in order to evaluate and determine the appropriate use of resources for the units. The results shown that health costs are based primarily on the fixed cost and within this personnel compensation in benefits planilladas health the prevalence of preventive visits was evident and also an improvement strategy was developed financial management for decision -making. The methodology used in the project is based on the logical framework that makes a design evaluating the quality of the project.
