Evaluación financiera del centro de salud La Esperanza 2015

Abstract

Abstract: The action and development project entitled financial evaluation of the health facility has been focused on the health unit's La Esperanza is part of Distrito 10D01 Ibarra, Imbabura, the same that are located on the first level of care in the period from January to December 2014. The objectives of the project were fulfilled by having funded health services, health benefits planilladas and strategies to improve financial management made. For this purpose financial reports on salaries and related data time in hours was used that professionals and staff doctor dedicated to the attention of the various services, such information was established and entered into the application WINSIG which combines four charts (Services, Manufacturing, Finance and Human Resources) creating managerial cadres that reflect the costs of each of the services (centers cost) of the medical unit. The methodology used for the proposed action and development, is the logical framework, with its tools.
