Análisis de factores geográficos y sociales que dificultan la accesibilidad a los servicios de salud pública en la Provincia de Los Ríos en el 2014 y su importancia en el cumplimiento de la Política Pública

Abstract

Abstract: The present investigation aims to identify the agents that affect in the access of the helath services on Los Rios province, in year 2014, looking over the social factors, as well as geographic factors and how this factors affect in the integral access for health of families that live in the rural sector of the Province, considering this factors from the perception of a citizen and observeed by the staff of the health center. The result of this analysis between the accessibility provided by the health service in some rural areas and barriers founded by the citizen to attend a health service, gives the possibility to determine which sectors or enclosures have a greater or lesser difficulty in the access to integral health services, as these factors affect families, allowing propose possible solutions looking to improve accessibility to health services in the province.
