Abstract: Agenda for Decentralized parish Autonomous Governments, is a source of help to improve public management, who have the highest responsibility to exercise the office of members of the autonomous governments Parish contributing to better management to strengthen governance, citizen participation and promote regional development. Administration public has specific rules that limit their action the rule of law principle that should be known to avoid errors. The first idea that comes to us when we talk about Agenda are those things that have been done, we note something to remember, those ordered activities to be implemented. This paper attempts to be a guide for sectional parish authorities requiring general information on the Institutional powers and functioning of the Vestry to improve their work and to the general public who want to know the role of this level of government to solve problems affecting them from the local reality.
