Abstract

Abstract: The subject of this research is "Proposal of a strategic plan for the company Indesurv & Brokers Cia. Ltda, for the period 2015. 2020 "theme that becomes the central objective of it, and arises from the need to present to senior management of the company a management tool that allows you to achieve the planned objectives and therefore their growth and sustainability. To achieve the overall objective of the research and hypothesis testing, the type of descriptive and explanatory study was used, which allowed them to identify the main elements and characteristics of the problem under investigation. The research method used was the synthesis, which made it possible to go from the simplest to the most complex, from the cause to the effect. As for the research technique workshops with the staff of the company, especially in the definition of the philosophy of the company, and analysis of micro and macro environment it is performed, then through different arrays are ultimately determined the strategic objectives of the company. The tabulation of the data was performed using matrix: impact matrix, matrix offensive strategic initiative, defensive strategic initiative matrix, prioritization matrix or cause and effect in order to determine the strategic objectives. At the end of the investigation he carried out the financial evaluation of the proposal, which determined that it is viable.
