Evaluación financiera de las Unidades de salud Atucucho, Santa Anita y 6 de Julio del Distrito 17D05, Zonal 9, establecimientos de salud de Primer Nivel de Atención - 2014

Abstract

In Ecuador; the health system is based on attention to all patients without discrimination of gender, race or religion, and is distributed focuses on three health levels, the first level diseases less complexity involved and is also based on the disease prevention, in the second level has increased infrastructure and procedures less complex and finally the third level are performed care is specialized and care for patients with diseases of greater complexity and even the procedures performed are too. In this research project; we have focused on the first level as the health center Atucucho, Santa Anita and July 6 where we want to be known as the costing of health services, the planillaje production units using the rate of the national health system the breakeven point for the studied units, as well as the development of indicators for monitoring the activities and productivity of the units primary care level was calculated. In order to meet the financial management of the units and to improve the health care field at this level. Noting that health centers studied delprimer level tienenel not studied first level is not sustainable over time, also not fully met the objectives treaties regarding home visits.
