| dc.description | En nuestro país se han dado grandes avances en el área de salud, efectuándose inversiones para crear y mejorar los Centros de Salud de primer nivel para que las personas puedan tener un servicio de salud de calidad y efectividad, pero lamentablemente estos no son explotados al máximo o distribuidos para optimizar los recursos, al no contar con ningún Sistema de Gestión Financiera que permita realizar acciones de sostenibilidad del Modelo de Atención. El proyecto se desarrolló bajo la metodología del Marco Lógico con sus herramientas operativas y contó con asesoría de la Universidad Técnica Particular de Loja. El cual se logró cumplir con los objetivos planteados. El Centro de Salud Camino Al Sol Distrito 09D02 Zona 8 fue costeado y planillado en su totalidad con el 100% de cumplimiento de las actividades, obteniendo un costo total de 857.697,44 USD, de un total de 49.942 atenciones, dando un valor por costo de atención de 17,17 USD, se recomienda estrategias de monitoreo y mejoramiento mediante la implementación, medición y análisis de indicadores, con el propósito de fortalecer las actividades de gestión. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | In our country there have been great advances in the health area, carrying out investments to create and improve the health centers of first level so that people can have a health service quality and effectiveness, but unfortunately these are not fully exploited or distributed to optimize resources, to not have any Financial Management System that allows for sustainability actions of Care Model.
