Planificación para la creación de la Unidad de Turismo en el Gobierno Autónomo Descentralizado del Cantón Calvas

Abstract

Abstract: This research arises from the need to collect information leading to create an entity that provides the conditions for participation, qualified staff to properly manage natural, cultural and tourist resources of the canton Calvas. That is why the theme "Planning for the creation of the Tourism Unit in the Decentralized Autonomous Government of Calvas Canton". The entity and departments aims to strengthen the bond of our city with other productive sectors, expanding economic variants to improve the lifestyle of the people, economy and social relations. Calvas, is a city that allows to demonstrate the feasibility of the creation of the Tourism Unit. Information collected through surveys, visits insitu and eyesight in the various tourist sites, interviews with small entrepreneurs who own hostels, inns, restaurants, offering local, provincial, national and foreign cuisine. At the end of the shares was determined that the canton requires boost tourism, a proposal is presented, with a holistic approach leveraging the strengths, which allows increasing our culture.
