| Abstract: | Abstract: This research was conducted at the Urban Health Center Health Subcentro Puyo and Los Angeles, which belong to 16D01 -Mera Pastaza -Santa Clara Health District, in the province of Pastaza, in the period January December 2014, with the problem the lack of financial evaluation in these medical units. The methodology used is the Logical Framework, and tools such as the software Winsig for processing costs and the rate of the National Health System in effect at the year 2014 were used. 100% costing the health services was obtained as results, as well as monetary values 100% of health benefits, and based on these results to develop strategies for the financial management of these units to improve management of these services health efficiently, as they are the gateway to the National Health System, promoting good living. |
| Description: | Resumen: La presente investigación se la realizó en el Centro de Salud Urbano Puyo y Subcentro de Salud Los Ángeles, que pertenecen al Distrito 16D01 Pastaza-Mera-Santa Clara- Salud, en la Provincia de Pastaza, en el periodo Enero - diciembre 2014, teniendo como problema la ausencia de evaluación financiera en estas Unidades Médicas. La metodología utilizada es la de Marco Lógico, y se utilizaron herramientas tales como el programa informático Winsig para el procesamiento de los costos y el tarifario del Sistema Nacional de Salud vigente al año 2014. Se obtuvo como resultados el coste del 100 % los servicios de salud, así como también valorar económicamente el 100 % de las prestaciones de salud, y en base a estos resultados establecer estrategias para el manejo financiero de estas unidades para mejorar la administración de estos servicios de salud de manera eficiente, ya que son la puerta de entrada al Sistema Nacional de Salud, promoviendo el buen vivir. |
