Abstract

Abstract: In the process of reforming the health sector promoted by his Ministry, the financial component plays an important role, even on the first level, the cornerstone on which the new Ecuadorian health system is based. The present draft action, it is aimed at evaluating from a financial perspective to the health district Quero, Cevallos, Mocha, Tisaleo 18D06 of the Province of Tungurahua, Zone 3, for which they have proposed objectives, analysis of the administrative costs of the District Directorate and its units, the evaluation would budget from the financial perspective and the development of improvement strategies, using information tools like RDACAA, Winsig, inserts records in the pages MSP, and data provided by the District. The proposed targets achieved become effective, generating an overview of the administrative costs, impact and relative weight in the health units that comprise it, its relationship with the population, and the structure of production costs, the performance of the budget scenarios that allow propose strategies to strengthen management improvement.
