Estudio de viabilidad y sostenibilidad técnica, de infraestructura y humano para la implementación de un modelo de atención en Telemedicina y Telesalud rural en la provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, durante el 2013

Abstract

This research work, deals with the feasibility study and technical sustainability, infrastructure and human to implement a model of care telemedicine and rural telehealth in the province of Zamora Chinchipe, where it was considered aim to make a diagnosis from the point human, physical and technical infrastructure, and establish the health needs of the community; This was a retro-prospective descriptive study with quantitative design and transversal approach, a sample of three health units canton Zamora, province of Zamora Chinchipe, the Health Post Imbana, Health Centre lemon and Post The Pituca health; It was made using the method as instruments of observation and data collection sheets and addressed to health personnel and the operational units staffed by 30 members community surveys were used. As results was obtained, from the point of view of physical infrastructure, technical infrastructure and use of ICT tools, the Post Imbana Health, it is feasible telemedicine project implementation.
