Estudio de viabilidad y sostenibilidad de infraestructura y humano para la implementación de un modelo de atención en Telemedicina y Tele-salud rural en la provincia de Zamora Chinchipe, durante el 2013

Abstract

In order to implement a model of care telemedicine and rural telehealth a feasibility study and sustainability was made from the technical viewpoint, infrastructure and human development of the operational units of the MSP, belonging to Nangaritza Canton of the Province of Zamora Chinchipe . Being a descriptive study of the application of observational and directed staff surveys found working in the Health Center Guayzimi and Health posts Zurmi, geraniums and Santa Elena became necessary. He also came to know the needs of the population by conducting surveys addressed to them It was determined that 25% of the operating units has adequate infrastructure to implement this model of health care, the same that will make people isolated, rural areas among others; have easy access to health care of better quality and timely manner; besides allowing monitoring and early detection of disease.
