Each city is a composition between past and present, an entity that grows and evolves and whose bases are their culture and identity ... For more than a century in our city there has been a building that evokes characteristics of the Lojanidad in its composition, art and culture made work and represented singular and superior manner. This property which was designed to be the home of philanthropist Mr. Dn. Daniel Alvarez Burnet and today belongs to the Art Academy "Santa Cecilia"; is chosen to in this project restore its representation through appropriate technical criteria. In this project the understanding of the property itself, its history, customs, people, facts that translate their existence arises; then a technical study of its elements and details, your changes, adjustments and current status to propose a technique and successful rehabilitation in which not only is intended to give applications to fit their spatial dimensioning, but are consistent with its cultural significance to ensure its significance and ownership to the next generation.
