dc.description	El presente trabajo de investigación, tiene como propósito brindar un servicio de calidad a la ciudadanía en lo que se refiere al transporte que ofrece el sector de taxis. Tiene como objetivo diseñar un plan de fortalecimiento del servicio de taxis, la investigación empieza con la descripción del servicio en la ciudad de Loja, un análisis FODA, donde se describe los factores externos e internos, estableciendo así las fortalezas, oportunidades, debilidades y amenazas; análisis de la matriz de Porter que nos permite analizar de forma completa el sector; a continuación se realizó un estudio de mercado en donde se aplicó encuestas, para medir la calidad de servicio que los taxistas prestan en la actualidad. Obtenida la información se formularon los objetivos estratégicos a implementar para lograr ofrecer un servicio de calidad	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	This research work has as propose to offer a quality service for the citizenship with reference to the transport which is offered by the taxis sector. The objective is to design a plan for strengthening of the taxis service, this research begins with the description of the taxis service offered in Loja city, a SWOT analysis which describes the internal and external factors, in that way establishing the strength, opportunities, weaknesses and threats, analysis of Porter matrix which allow us analyze in a complete way the sector before mentioned; then a market study was done , applying surveys in order to measure the service quality which taxi drivers give nowadays. With the information before mentioned the strategies objectives were articulated and implemented in order to offer a quality service.	es_ES
