Abstract

Abstract: This work achieves the aspirations and objectives designed primarily as a proposal that would bring together all the potential and edges of such an important touristic activity, source of employment and income for many people, the municipality and the central government. At first I thought it could be manageable; however, it has not been easy. I have acquired a lot of knowledge, practices and realities related to management and relationship with control entities of the municipality and executive power, gaining practice and experience in the field of facts. It highlights the qualities of such important sector in La Mariscal, all of which must be maintained and repowered, given that domestic and foreign tourists value them and visit this neighborhood as one of its top travel destinations. It evidences the biggest concern of the tourism entrepreneurs which is the provision of services and / or quality business with all permissions and security improvements. On behalf of the residents and other stakeholders, let there be noiseless, free of scandals and insecurity due to the thousands of daily visitors.
