Abstract

Abstract: The current study is the development of a proposal to implement processes on a local Enterprise called: Greendc S.A. This will allow their personnel to feel identified with the functions they do, since, if those are certain and specific, will avoid double functions, making their personal activities fulfillment easier, optimizing the resources for the employee who will be able to develop their abilities and skills under a peaceful environment, as well as the general public, who, based on a good self-image, will transmit an optimized reputation of such enterprise. Exploratory methodology applied to this project thesis is based on bibliographic sources focused on the topic of strategic management to have a wide knowledge of it. Through the development of a survey of internal staff working in the company Greendc SA, for information on how it is currently manages the organization, and thus generate a proposal which will help to improve management in those critical points and weaknesses of today. The model based of management processes will allow Greendc S.A. be more competitive and efficient. Improving the implementation of the activities to deliver products and services to its customers, which ensures a growing market and increased efficiency of all those who make up the organization.
