Abstract

Abstract: The objective of this work to master, is to know the training needs of teachers baccalaureate Superior Institute of Technology Dr. "Enrique Noboa Arízaga", in the province of Canar, Canton The Trunk period 2012 2013, for the which included a statistical sample of 48 teachers of the technical area for this study was used as an instrument of data collection questionnaire together with the exploratory, descriptive, transversal, deductive, inductive, statistical technique of direct observation methods, that allowed them auscultar relevant aspects of teachers in relation to their training, educational institution and development of pedagogical practice; in such virtue to the need presented the course "Innovative pedagogy and didactics applied to technical baccalaureate", it is aimed at updating knowledge, application of new methodologies to strengthen the skills needed in the development of the teaching aims learning, helping to improve the education of its students in order that they can cope with the challenges and demands of the new era of knowledge with robust tools and practices and offer quality education and warmth.
