Abstract: In the health center, "San Cristobal", belonging to the District 20D01 zone 5, an action project aimed at evaluating the financial management was developed. One alternative to setting is the determination of the index consumer prices CPI, since in Galapagos there is no formal study to determine this indicator would be regarded as decisive when defining the increase of the tariff for today is 10% National tariff, compared with wage increases of 100% of the value of the continent.
