Abstract

Abstract: Teacher training in this century for the development of the country is an indisputable necessity. The contemporary world based on knowledge and learning in which we live makes this training ever more relevant since teachers are development agents and generators of intellectual capital. Undoubtedly Narancay's Bilingual Intercultural high school seeks to improve the lives of its students, and for this the teachers should be acquiring constant training in different areas of education as well as other social actors and the community in general. In addition, the data obtained in this research reveal teacher needs for the treatment. Certainly it is not the only investigation on teacher training needs they are many in and out of the country but since it is a perennial and necessary topic, throughout human being's life there is a need to learn and to improve. For this reason the proposed teacher training project is not in excess. Precisely, being able to rely on trained human capital with skills and competencies for their work would be an institutional success.
