Abstract: This research study presents the development of virtual experiments such as: "modal analysis" and "design spectrum", which operate in the Virtual Laboratory Earthquake Engineering "VLEE", also it shows the development of the mobile application "spectrum of design version 1.0". The VLEE possesses structural design and analysis tools, however it is inoperative due to several factors, for this reason the main objective in this study is to develop virtual experiments of dynamic analysis to be incorporated into VLEE. To meet the objective first source codes were developed in "MATLAB", then MATLAB programming is linked with the programming developed in Visual Studio, finally they were available on the VLEE web site. Involving these two branches of science: informatics and the dynamics of structures, allows people to generate a virtual laboratory consistent and supportive of the needs of people interested in the analysis of structural design
