Abstract

Due to the current situation of telecommunications boom the world is becoming smaller with respect to the communications, we can communicate with other regions of Ecuador and outside of it with just a click the world of the Internet puts at the reach of our hands infinity Of knowledge to which we can access, for example, to know the latest news in the world are taking place, to know the latest advances in technology, to see cities and distant sites, in short, everything that we can think of can be found. As we see we have an endless number of possibilities to access new knowledge, but what about rural areas? As these areas are deprived of equipment to access the Internet, there is no knowledge, infrastructure, or economic means to extend specific wiring to take the Internet to these areas. In Ecuadorian rural areas there is ignorance regarding current technology, so it is necessary to propose economic technological alternatives to allow people in rural areas to access the Internet.
