Abstract

Education is one of the fundamental pillars for the development of society and the protagonists of education are teachers, however they are not given the necessary importance to the development of training for the teacher who should be a professional layers of coping To the changes that are subject to education, a good education can be achieved considering the professional preparation that has the teacher. The necessary research was carried out in the Educational Centers of the Parish of Yaruquí, in order to have knowledge about education in this sector, after having analyzed the corresponding tables with the assumptions, it was demonstrated that the teachers of this sector have a high Degree of experience in their work as educators, but with few opportunities for training, generating this a discontinuity in the professionalization of the teacher. We can conclude our research by pointing out that the institutions in this sector have many advantages and disadvantages that affect education, teachers in this sector are professionals who demonstrate a positive attitude to change, asserting in this I developed a proposal that favors the initial education, Presenting the execution of a training workshop that covers an interesting topic such as the GAME AS STRATEGIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LEARNING IN THE INITIAL LEVEL, a theme that allows the strengthening of education since child education is the most important and delicate stage In the formation of a person, for there the foundations of the personal self and the social ego are constituted, bases that categorically and definitively mark the rest of the education and of the life itself of an individual.
