dc.description	Resumen: El presente trabajo enmarca la problemática que se desarrolla alrededor de las personas LGBT (Lesbianas, Gays, Bisexuales y Transgéneros) en la ciudad de Loja, en cuanto a Inclusión, equidad social y la accesibilidad laboral. Derechos garantizados y reconocidos en la Constitución de la República del Ecuador y demás Tratados Internacionales de Derechos Humanos, inherentes al ser humano. En la Constitución 2008, se reconoce la no discriminación por preferencias sexuales. Sin embargo, se evidencia la subjetividad de la norma hacia las personas LGBT, por lo cual, se ha buscado puntualizar y aclarar dichos vacíos en cuanto a la aplicabilidad objetiva de la norma Constitucional.	es_ES
dc.description.abstract	Abstract: This paper frames the problem that develops around LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) in the city of Loja, in terms of inclusion, social equity and job accessibility. guaranteed and enshrined in the Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador and other international treaties on human rights, inherent in the human rights. In the 2008 Constitution, non-discrimination is recognized by sexual preferences. However, the subjectivity of the rule against LGBT people is evident, therefore, has sought and clarifying such gaps regarding the applicability of the Constitutional objective standard.	es_ES
