Abstract

Taking into account the universe of study that has Architecture and Urbanism, and knowing that during the entire student career in the faculty were mostly addressed specific topics or scope to be developed in a period of studies, It is advisable to increase the coverage of this acquired knowledge, which will be achieved through a work of this magnitude, thus complementing our training, which will also serve as a consultation tool for other students or people interested in the subject. In the process of determining and selecting a research topic, first of all it is very important to carry out a real analysis of its importance, focusing all of this so that the final result can be a very positive document of support for the welfare of the Population in general and especially the local, this was our main point of departure, to launch ourselves to propose the present theme of thesis, which will be deepened throughout the development of the same.
