Abstract

Abstract: The following research focuses on the Estancia Florencia, in the development and evolution of it, since these places were like administrative axis of all the agricultural and cattle activities that were developed; Creating an identity both inside the room and in the sector, and with the passage of time is acquiring more value as much for its materials as for ancestral techniques and architecture. The most relevant as the architectural, historical and patrimonial of the estancia are determined by cataloging identifying the elements that give value to this property and contribute to imminent conservation; By means of cataloging, the degree of conservation and deterioration of the good is determined, so that intervention actions can be taken not only at the level of the good but also at the helmet and sector level. With the results obtained from the cataloging a proposal is proposed which is focused on the maximum conservation of the good without affecting its essence, and achieving by integrating the whole of the hull.
