Abstract

The School of Computer Science is in constant intellectual production by teachers researchers and professionals in training, day by day knowledge is generated, which should be well used for the benefit of the School, the University and our environment . The development of current trends in knowledge management and intellectual property are aimed at forming a society in which we all share the results of our intellectual productions in order to obtain better and greater results in the various fields of technological and scientific research. Until very recently, intellectual property had a very similar treatment to that given to different types of property, but in making a historical analysis we noticed that all societies have progressed thanks to the sharing of knowledge, discoveries, etc. From generation to generation that are part of the traditions, and are forming each culture. The philosophies of Open Culture, Open Knowledge, Open Educational Resource, Creative Commons, arose from the need to find a balance between rights reserved and public domain, this contributes to forming a society not only local or regional, but also encompasses The whole planet, thanks to the technological advances, to the tools that at present allow us to be able to share with everybody.
