La comunicación social desde la actual perspectiva constitucional ecuatoriana /

Abstract

Firstly, it establishes a vision of the constitutional reality of the new system of social communication. Social Communication is defined and its introduction into the new constitutional scheme and the regime of good living. It determines the new social communication system, its actors, and its inclusion in the National Plan for Good Living. An approach to communication and information from the constitutional field as rights of good living; A constitutional analysis and of the bills of these rights in aspects such as plurality, diversity, content prevalence, conscience clause, professional secrecy and source reservation. Constitutional rights are examined as part of the new system of social communication, such as opinion, freedom of expression, rectification, replica, information, confronting them with the universal declaration of human rights. Finally, the relationship between social communication and the radioelectric spectrum, its constitutional approach, its action, current structure, projection, and the current state of frequency concessions for broadcasting and television stations within the new regulatory framework.
