Sistema de control de bienes para el Municipio Distrito Metroplitano de Quito

Abstract

The operational needs of the bodegueros and custodians of goods of the Municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito have motivated to project and to construct the computational System of Control of Goods that is exposed in the present thesis. - Independently of the thesis, the institution counts on the systems of Goods and Warehouse, implemented in the year 1993, the same ones that until the moment continue undergoing changes, because of corrections of errors and by the appearance of new necessities, the changes have consisted In the implementation of patches, which have become too confusing to the code and costly to maintenance, this cost is reflected in the fact that the Information Technology Department is assigned two full-time technicians for the maintenance of such systems since 1993 . The referred systems are developed with the FoxPro2.6 DOS compiler, single-user environment, while the present proposal covers the operation of both systems, implemented in Visual Basic 6.0 with SQL Server 2000, for single-user and multi-user environments, with typing, custodian actors , Winemaker, accountant, internal supplier, auditor and manager. Its construction is planned to support any variety and volume of information, and to support new implementations in the later, which should be based on the documentation presented in this thesis. The system is extremely easy to operate, intuitive and provides support for each screen. Corrects typing errors. It offers access security, and controls through auditable marks, with which it cooperates with auditable work. It is parameterized and based on government regulations issued by the Ecuadorian state through official records. Among its administrative aspects, accounting work is present. It is dedicated to the users of the Municipality of the Metropolitan District of Quito, in each of their jobs, from where they have manifested their needs and have expressed and hoped for solutions, they have been listened to and reflected in this thesis.
