Abstract

Universal accessibility, intended at first to break the paradigm of being an aspect of selective application in favor of a small group. The regulations apply is the suggestion of creating spaces where all can run safely without stratification of physical states. Today we hear a lot about accessibility but is emerging dump to everyday public spaces that need to readapt to it in order to ensure optimum coexistence of those who make society safe and feeling of the entire conglomerate. Av. Salvador Bustamante Celi, is a sector that is gradually taking greater commercial connotation, and the intervention proposed not to weaken the activity but rather improve it, including the application of the rules of accessibility to the physical environment, also encourage the flow pedestrian and cycling, so that citizens can exercise a recreational activity and tourism, safe and enjoyable at the same time focusing on that sector cohabitants feel included and benefited from this intervention that ultimately seeks to satisfy everyone.
