Abstract

The project is based considering the current demand for amateur leisure activities and respect for the natural, using bioclimatic strategies to achieve the ideal location and therefore to achieve comfortable environments with the least impact to the biodiversity of the site. For this analyze indicators that allow us to obtain a better control of the environment and apply design strategies according to the location climate of the project, through the evaluation of the landscape that is starting point and important guide in the execution of an architectural project. To this add the study of Flexibility, a relevant subject today, where is necessary to adapt and dynamize the spaces both internally and externally, since requires a polyvalent design, where the same typology offers multiple uses and a progressive growth to give response to any demand
