Abstract:	n order to realize the design of the fiber optic ring, the requirements of UTPL.Net were considered because of its nature as an Internet service provider, its final objective with the fiber optic ring, the type of service it provides to users within the city , Real benefits to the user and their future projections.
Description:	Para realizar el diseño del anillo de fibra óptica se consideró los requerimientos de UTPL.Net por su naturaleza de proveedor de servicios de Internet, su objetivo final con el anillo de fibra óptica, el tipo de servicio que éste brinde a usuarios dentro de la urbe, beneficios reales para el usuario y sus proyecciones a futuro.
