Alternativa de aprovicionamiento de áridos triturados para la elaboración de hormigones en la hoya de Loja

Abstract

The present research proposes alternatives for the provision of crushed rock aggregates that serve To be used in the construction industry For the manufacture of concrete and thus have a small inventory of mines that serve as a basis for future research; Since the variability of the physical-chemical characteristics of the same exploitation front differs from each other. The hoya of Loja is crossed by a formation of metrogórfica rock belonging to what is known as the series Zamora, part of which will be taken into account for our investigation. The present work also covers a study on the dosage and test of the compressive strength at different ages of cylindrical concrete specimens, made with IE Portland cement and crushed arid from two quarries, one located near the New road Loja Catamayo, km 6 + 200 (Villonaco sector) and the other in the old Loja-Cuenca highway, km 18 + 000 (Masaca sector)
