Abstract

One of the great challenges for education in the 21st century is the new technologies of information and communication that contribute to the teaching and learning process, with access to global information through the Internet; It is known that today's communication networks can share information between groups of computers and their users. A network is a set of computers or processing devices connected together in a logical and physical way in order to improve its resources. Through the design of a LAN, schools and schools can optimize the use of the equipment they own and improve the capacity of some of them, allows to print documents from a different computer to which the printer is connected, allows sharing the same connection to Internet, allows you to exchange files between different computers without the need to use external disks, facilitates the sending of electronic messages between two users located on different computers. The knowledge of the state of these systems in the educational institutions of our province where some cantons do not have an adequate communications, computer and electrical system and the existing gap of students, teachers and community in general in the management of technological platforms, will help To indicate the needs that must be solved in order to have a network that provides facilities for a secure and reliable connection to the Internet and that enable future growth of their demands. For the above reasons, the purpose of this proposed end-of-course project is the DISINFECTION OF THE LAN NETWORK OF THE SCHOOLS AND FESCAL SCHOOLS OF THE CELEBRATION CANTON OF THE PROVINCE OF LOJA. In addition, to propose the appropriate requirements and solutions to allow An Internet access as well as how to configure the electrical system that can provide safe operation for the communications system, computing equipment and users as the basis for future implementation.
