Abstract

This study is, in essence, a distillation of ideas and perceptions, which are based on the reality of a city facing conflicts such as congestion. In short, the present study is full of important aspects that will help to interpret the congestion issue in the historical center of the city of Loja, so that one can determine its own conclusions. In the development of the study in question a descriptive research methodology was applied, which was very important to determine the current conditions of the research object and to point out the different strategies that should be applied to reach a sustainable and sustainable mobility within the historical center Of the city of Loja.
