Abstract

The function of the architect since always and until the present time has been to serve the societies and their requirements the distribution of spaces in the most varied fields, due to their formation and capacities with which their works and interventions help the rational and Integral to the c's, guaranteeing an adequate use of resources and a long-term benefit for all. Therefore, the participation of a person soaked in these principles was necessary in the Milk Network Project of the Technical University of Loja, in order to design the minimum milk-to-livestock infrastructure required by milk producers in order to To properly develop this work in the Zumbi, Yantzaza, Chicaña and Chamico sectors of the Province of Zamora Chinchipe. This work seeks to develop this type of infrastructure to facilitate and improve the work of dairy farmers, thereby benefiting all who participate in the process and consequently the final consumer of the products produced by the ECOLAC Dairy Plant of the UTPL by having better quality products available to them
