Abstract

Abstract:This research report focuses on analyzing Sustainable Development Goal number 16 so that, based on its globality, it is possible to make a correct interpretation of the sentence Judgment Series C No. 399, case called Carranza Alarcon vs. Ecuador , before the Inter-American Court of Human Rights. To achieve this, a global exploration process is carried out on the start of the SDGs and the 2030 Agenda, as well as the main characteristics of the 17 SDGs and the goals they seek to achieve. Where a systematic research methodology is applied, since the information was managed in an organized, orderly, and sequential way, of a theoretical-deductive and socio-legal nature. Applying the method of analysis and synthesis, as well as the exegetical method, for the study of facts and phenomena. The research carried out has an exploratory legal character, since approaches were analyzed, and it also adjusts to the projective legal type, since a prediction is made about the operation of a legal institution, based on currently valid premises. All this was possible thanks to the application of the transfer technique, to survey information necessary to know the problem in a specific way and thus be able to establish joint strategies between the public and private sectors in support of international organizations to solve different problems of today's society.
