Abstract

Abstract: The preferences of professionals in law training are addressed, through the analysis of subjects with greater preference in the context of the objectives of sustainable development, National Development Plan 2017-2022 with the analysis of a sentence related to these objectives. Qualitative researchwas applied, through logical methods and documentary analysis. The sources of information constituted the bibliographical references. The motives, preferences,and labor projections of the students in law training were identified. It was evidenced that the current Civil Code does not consider matters such as marriage and adoption between people of the same sex, nor do they respond to the virtual context that society lives. The objectives of sustainable development and the National Plan were not fully met due to various circumstances. In the sentence analyzed, it was confirmed that the first level and second level judges do not have sufficient understanding of the application of Art. 1735 of the Civil Code. In addition, the contribution of the Supreme Court of Justice of the Third Civil and Commercial Chamber to the jurisprudence was described, through sentence No. 116-2007.
